Human Resource Management
The Human Resource Management program at Warren National University is designed to ensure that students have the concepts and knowledge-base necessary for applying practical solutions to challenges within their own workplace. By building upon the students' knowledge-base with current topics and current thinking within the field, this program assists the student in affecting positive innovations within their organization. Courses include Dynamics of Labor Relations, Training and Development, Managerial Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, and Performance Appraisal and Compensation Systems.
