Network Security Systems
This course covers basic security concepts. The students will learn how to secure computer networks including: perimeter security with firewalls, internal system hardening, physical plant security, access control and encryption. Additionally, students will cover the concepts on how to handle common operating system issues.
Topics covered include: Linux, Novell Netware, Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Cisco Switches and Routers.
