Multimedia Development and Management
CW students now have the opportunity to work with the latest and greatest in computer technology! Our sleek and stylish new labs contain Mac and Dell workstations featuring flat-panel monitors. Allowing our students to work with these high-performance machines will provide them with a cross-platform of skills and knowledge, making them more marketable in a highly competitive industry. Our Digital Video Course will now be taught using Mac Final Cut Pro, which is the standard for professionals, students will also be able to capture video through built-in Firewire connections on all workstations. The Multimedia Development and Management program provides students with the tools to design and develop multimedia applications for the general media, business, education, Internet and entertainment markets. The program utilizes current multimedia and web design technologies, such as digital illustration, imaging, animation, video and audio, which enable students to create portfolios of their work. Graduates of this program can apply their skills to a variety of multimedia positions in different vertical markets.
